Responsibilities
·Administer time management system activities:develop schedule templates, assign time entry privileges, maintain holidayschedules, review import and payroll override errors and coordinate resolution,reconcile control totals for the payroll run, maintain system documentation,train new users and assist with trouble-shooting issues.
·Assist with testing time management system policyrules and configuration.
·Review and update payroll procedures and documentation.
·Support questions from managers/supervisors.
·Answer questions on pay policies.
·Answer and resolve timecard entry and errorquestions.
·Perform manual workaround processes.
